Long day

Usually, I am on my way home by now, but I agreed t0 cover two classes for a colleague. I just finished his 1:45 API class and have a 6pm Patho class this evening, so I am hanging out in my office. Kendricks has just had a loss in his family and had a very long and exausting few days and needed a day off, so I was glad to help out. Also, it is good to know that we cover for one another when needed. I already had my two classes today (8am & 11:30am), then add 4 more hours of lecture and this ol' prof will be mighty tired tonite. But, I can take tomorrow off and that should make up for it, right? Well, I need to go finish my Chapter 8 Micro lecture for this Friday. I have my Chapter 6 API lecture done and lab is at the midterm practical, so I have things kind of under control right now. Since I have never taught Patho and did Micro over 10 years ago, these are like new preps and it is taking some time to do my powerpoints the way I want, but, next time around, they will be ready to go and I will have more time for other creative endeavors!!
