The mornings are beautiful, with the sun rising on yet another cloudless, serene morning in Memphis. I expect that "ol' man winter" will make up for the good weather we have been having, especially since our house is GAS heat and it is the first time I have ever had to pay for GAS heat and guess what..... the price of GAS heat is expected to at least double this winter! The way it goes for Drdubg, eh? Cowboys won (yeah...), Cardinals are still hanging on and the Panthers managed to win another close game.... Oh, and the PATRIOTS LOST AGAIN (double yeah!)

Is it me, or is the global climate going crazy! Our hurricane problems, mudslides in Guatemala, earthquakes in Pakistan, excessive rain and mud slides in Spain, wildfires in California and another hurricane (wilma) may be developing near the Caymans and move toward the US! Oh yeah, and our extremely competent Federal government is warning of a potential Pandemic if the new chicken virus mutates so it affects humans! They say if it does mutate and gets to the US borders, all hell will break lose with our health care system and maybe even our entire economic base will collapse! Sounds like good times ahead eh?
